I'd love to tell you avoid the Ark but I wouldn't be telling the truth. Fact of the matter is the lines to get in are long enough and the wait can be tough. But the buffet is like you've never seen in your life. Fresh, delicious and the variety...Madone! Every year I come down to Southern Florida for a trade show and met up with one of my best friends from NY State. And we always hook up at the Ark, 'cause there's no better place.
